摘要: 恶性淋巴瘤是严重危害人们生命安全和生活质量的恶性肿瘤之一.分子诊疗技术对淋巴瘤特异摄取或者特异结合的分子探针进行放射性核素标记,通过放射性核素释放出合适能量的γ或β射线而达到分子水平的显像与治疗效果.本文分别介绍了放射性核素67Ga在淋巴瘤SPECT诊断的应用、 18F-FDG在PET或PET/CT的应用及其他新兴研发的淋巴瘤分子显像剂,并对放射性核素标记的抗CD20单克隆抗体的淋巴瘤放射免疫分子治疗进行相关介绍,最后对淋巴瘤分子显像和治疗所存在问题和发展方向进行讨论和展望. Lymphoma is one of the most serious threats to the human life and living quality. Molecular imaging diagnosis and therapy methods in lymphoma radiolabel different kinds of radioisotopes which emit suitable energy γ or β ray to achieve the imaging and therapy effect on lymphoma in the molecular level. This review described respectively the first radiopharmaceutical applied in lymphoma imaging-67Ga, 18F fluoro-2-Deoxyglucose used in Positron Emission Tomography or PET/CT, and other novel molecular imaging radiopharmaceuticals in research. Radioimmunotherapy in lymphomas was another topic in this review, including some kinds of radiolabeled anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies. Then the existed problems and future development in molecular imaging and therapy in lymphoma were discussed.
