摘要: 目的:采用治疗药物监测技术为患儿提供合理的抗癫痫个体化治疗方案。方法通过参与癫痫患儿的治疗过程,结合治疗药物监测和高效液相色谱法,分析药物不良反应及药代动力学特点,调整抗癫痫药物的使用。结果与结论患儿病情稳定出院。临床上可结合抗癫痫药物药代动力学特点,在治疗药物监测技术的指导下,提高抗癫痫治疗的有效性和安全性。 Objective To provide reasonable individualized treatment plan for children with epilepsy by therapeutic drug monitoring technolo-gy.Methods The pharmacist participated in the treatment of epileptic children to adjust oxcarbazepine medication by the analysis of adverse drug reactions and pharmacokinetic characteristics , using therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmaceutical analysis methods.Results and Con-clusion The patient was discharged in stable condition.Under the guid-ance of therapeutic drug monitoring combined with the characteristics of pharmacokinetic , anti-epileptic treatment can be improved on efficacy and safety in clinical practice.
