摘要: 目的:研究我国临床分离阿米卡星耐药大肠埃希菌中16S rRNA甲基化酶基因及其水平转移情况。方法用PCR法检测16S rRNA甲基化酶基因(armA、rmtA、rmtB、rmtC、rmtD、rmtE和npmA),用液体培养基传递法研究其水平转移情况。结果183株对阿米卡星耐药大肠埃希菌中,armA基因阳性率为12.57%, rmtB基因阳性率为53.00%,rmtB基因阳性率在2007至2008年、2009至2010年、2011至2012年这3个年度之间比较差异有统计学意义。 armA 和rmtB基因均可在大肠埃希菌间水平转移。结论16SrRNA甲基化酶基因以armA和rmtB为主要流行型类别,后者的分离率较高且其阳性率呈显著的上升趋势。 Objective To investigate 16S ribosome ribonucleic acid ( rRNA) methylase genes in clinically isolated amikacin-resistant Esche-richia coli ( E.coli ) and their horizontal transfer in China. Methods Polymerase chain reaction ( PCR ) was used to detect 16S rRNA methylase genes ( armA、rmtA、rmtB、rmtC、rmtD、rmtE and npmA) and liquid transfer employed to study horizontal transfer of these methy-lase genes.Results Of 183 amikacin-resistant strains of E.coli, those with armA and rmtB accounted for 12.57%and 53.00%, respectively. Prevalences of rmtB were found significantly different among three time points from 2007 to 2012.Both armA and rmtB are found to transfer among amikacin-resistant E.coli in a horizontal way.Conclusion The 16 S rRNA methylase genes of armA and rmtB are main types in amikacin-resistant E.coli in China, the latter with predominant isolation rate and increasing positive rate.
