With the rapid development of medical science and the continually emergent new theories and new technologies, how to regulate medical practices, to ensure medical quality and patients' safety has become a subject worth pondering for today's medical schools and medical institutions. Although the correspondent medical rules of conduct have been enacted by the health administrative departments at all levels and medical institutions, these rules of conduct are numerous, complex and unsystematic which causes the medical staffs' various understanding of these rules. What's essential is to explore the potential of medical training, and base on which, we should try to form a scientiifc and complete system of medical rules of conduct. As a result, the medical conduct levels can be fundamentally improved.
