Small angle x-ray scattering (SAXS) technique was used to analyze the microstructure of osteoporotic rats′ models. Comparing with normal rats′ bone structure, the specific inner surface and the volume fraction of inorganic mineral′s particles in osteoporotic rats reduced. It shows that small particles of inorganic mineral in osteoporotic rats dissolved.
