Human hair certified reference material(GBW09101)homogeneity was evaluated by determining 10(-6) quantity Cu, Zn, Mg, K, Pb, Fe, Ca, Na and S on sample weight from 100 mg to 300 mg by neutron activation analysis, atomic absorption spectrometry and X-ray fluorescence analysis. Using variance F test, the results (F < F-alpha) is not differ significantly and this material could be considered homogeneous. In this paper, an evaluation of homogeneity was made by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry through the determination of 10(-9) quantity La, Sm, Y in 0.200 0 g samples. Using t lest and F test,the results (\t\ < t(alpha), F < F-alpha) were sacisfactory.
