英文摘要:

A case of renal artery pseudoaneurysm (RAP) after partial nephrectomy for an 11-cm renal tumor is reviewed. Symptoms, computed tomography (CT) scan images and angiography are all displayed. A 57-year-old woman was readmitted 4 months after she underwent a retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for an 11-cm right renal tumor. Contrast CT revealed a 10.3-cm mass recurrence in the same position as her former tumor. Renal arteriography confirmed active bleeding from the anterior upper pole segmental branch into a 3 X 3 X 7-cm pseudoaneurysm. Percutaneous selective coil angioembolization was successfully performed. The remaining kidney parenchyma was fully preserved. UROLOGY 80: e15-e16, 2012. (c) 2012 Elsevier Inc.
