英文摘要:

China is one of few countries that developed their own classification systems on mental disorders. The discrepancies between ICD-10 and CCMD-3 reflected the cultural and social considerations in the diagnosis process of psychiatric diseases. The paper which was based on focus group and experts consultation along with literature review, commented on key issues in every categories. Chinese psychiatrists welcome the idea of using universal diagnostic criteria in the future. However, this "universal criteria" should reflect the commonality of various cultural and social related issues in the diagnosis of mental disorders. (C) 2011 Elsevier Masson SAS.
