摘要大气颗粒物污染已成为影响人类健康的主要环境危害之一,大量的流行病学和毒理学研究表明大气颗粒物污染与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的发生和预后密切相关,但颗粒物引起COPD发生的机制尚未完全明确,主要包括蛋白酶与抗蛋白酶失衡、氧化应激、炎性损伤、DNA损伤等.明确颗粒物对COPD的影响及机制,可以采取相应措施减少环境污染,预防COPD发生和改善其预后,对于保障人群健康具有十分重要的现实意义. Exposure to particulate air pollution may effect human heathy,a large number of epidemiological and toxicological researches indicate that particulate air pollution has very close relationship with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) occurance and prognosis. The mechanism of particulate matter to COPD has not well been explicited.They main include:proteinase and anti-proteinase unbalance,oxidative stress,inflammation damage and toxicological damage. If the contribution and mechanism of particulate air pollution exposure to COPD were understood,we can take measures to decline air pollutions,prevent COPD occurance and improve prognosis.That may bring real meanings to the health of people.
