摘要: 为了更好地改善门诊取血流程,规范患者排队秩序,本文通过对比电子叫号系统使用前后的取血流程,对电子叫号系统使用的优势及不足进行分析,电子叫号系统使用后,改变了原有的取血环境,提高了工作效率,解决了患者站立排长队的难题,增加了患者满意度,进一步凸显人性化服务。 In order to improve the process of collecting blood in outpatient department and normalize patients queue order, this paper studies the real situation before and after the application of electronic calling system and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of electronic calling system. Using electronic calling system in outpatient department improves the environment of collecting blood and work efficiency of nurses, solves the patients standing waiting problem, increases patients satisfactory degree and further highlights the humanized service.
